These Terms of Service govern your use of ravencut.com and RavenCut's AI-assisted video creation, connected-service, and publishing features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use RavenCut.
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use. RavenCut is not directed to children under 13.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and connected accounts, and promptly notify RavenCut of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by RavenCut's failure to use reasonable security measures. You may not sell, rent, or share access in a way that bypasses plan limits.
RavenCut can transform user-provided ideas, text, and permitted source material into draft scripts, narration, scenes, visuals, captions, thumbnails, and rendered videos. Features, models, providers, render times, credit costs, quotas, and output quality may change. Some features are experimental and may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected results.
You retain ownership of content you submit and, subject to third-party rights, the output generated for you. You grant RavenCut and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, process, transform, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate the service and fulfill your requests.
You represent that you have all permissions needed for source URLs, text, images, audio, trademarks, likenesses, and other material you submit or publish. RavenCut does not grant rights to third-party material merely because the service can process or locate it.
Connecting YouTube is optional. If you connect a channel, you authorize RavenCut through Google OAuth to identify the selected channel and upload videos using the settings you choose. By using this integration, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, applicable YouTube API Services policies, and Google Privacy Policy.
New YouTube connections default to Public visibility. RavenCut uploads only when you request an upload or enable auto-upload. You can change visibility in Settings and remain responsible for reviewing the finished video, title, description, tags, thumbnail, audience designation, and visibility before publication.
You can disable auto-upload or disconnect in RavenCut Settings. You can separately revoke RavenCut through your Google Account permissions. RavenCut is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
You may not use RavenCut to:
AI-generated output may contain factual errors, unwanted similarities, artifacts, or material unsuitable for publication. You must review and, where appropriate, edit every output before relying on or publishing it. RavenCut does not guarantee originality, copyright availability, legal compliance, audience performance, revenue, platform acceptance, or monetization eligibility.
You are the publisher of videos sent to your channel and remain responsible for disclosures, licenses, attribution, fact-checking, financial or medical claims, and compliance with the rules of each destination platform.
RavenCut relies on third-party services for AI generation, voice synthesis, media, hosting, payments, messaging, monitoring, authentication, and publishing. Their availability and terms are outside RavenCut's control. Your use of a connected service is also governed by that provider's terms. RavenCut may suspend an integration when required by a provider or applicable law.
Plan prices, included credits, generation estimates, and feature limits are shown at purchase and may change for future billing periods. PayPal subscriptions are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. Telegram Stars purchases may provide a fixed-duration plan or credit package as displayed at purchase. Taxes and provider fees may apply.
Credits represent service usage units, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or reset according to the plan shown in the application. RavenCut may automatically return credits when a generation fails before completion.
A 14-day money-back guarantee applies only where displayed at checkout and subject to applicable law. After that period, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by RavenCut. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund an earlier charge.
RavenCut is provided without a guaranteed uptime or delivery time. Maintenance, provider outages, quota limits, moderation, API changes, or technical failures may delay or prevent generation and publishing. We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice when a material change substantially reduces a paid service where practical.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or RavenCut; investigate abuse; comply with law; address unpaid charges; or enforce these Terms. You may stop using RavenCut at any time and may request account-data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, and liability terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RavenCut is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or specific results. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RavenCut and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, or platform access arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, RavenCut's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid RavenCut for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider, legal, or security changes. The updated date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or account email where practical. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
