We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, name), usage data such as videos generated, project titles, and content URLs you submit for processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your information is used to provide and improve the RavenCut service, authenticate your account, process payments via Stripe, send transactional emails, and communicate product updates. We do not use your content to train AI models without consent.
All data is stored on encrypted servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We retain account data for the lifetime of your account and for 30 days after deletion. Generated video files are stored for 90 days.
We use session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how users interact with the platform. You may opt out of analytics cookies at any time.
RavenCut uses Stripe for payments, OpenAI for script generation, ElevenLabs for voice synthesis, and Pexels for B-roll footage. Each third party has their own privacy policy.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format.
