Cancel a subscription

Sign in and open Billing to manage your subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund an earlier charge. For a fixed-duration purchase, check the terms shown at purchase.

Request a refund

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only when it was shown at your checkout and is subject to applicable law. After that period, payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed by RavenCut. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

Email [email protected] with your RavenCut account email, purchase date, and receipt or transaction reference. Do not send your password or card details.
